Sensation  offer a design and build service, using either your own section or one of ours. We also offer project management and consultancy services.
Our friendly team will aim to make building your home a hassle and stress free experience.
Your project will be personally managed by a professional foreman and site manager - and constructed by our trade qualified build team.
All contracts are managed under the Master Builders Association, providing assurance and clarity of all aspects of the build from start to finish, and each home will be offered with a 10 year  premium  Master Builders Guarantee.
We will endevour to help you build your dream home according to your desired price or budget.

Clients are able to work with our design team to produce 'concept' plans, according too their individual needs and requirements.

All our contractors (electricians, plumbers, builders) are fully licenced and registered. All our prices are quoted for a finished project, ie, our prices include landscaping, driveways, consent fees, tipping etc...right down to the letter box and washing line, so that there are no hidden or extra cost surprises -absolutely EVERYTHING is fully quoted. We are however more than happy to price a 'house only' price if required.  

Finance packages can be arranged on request.
